Two air-conditioned bedrooms are positioned on the ground floor of the Main House. Warm hardwood Merbau floors and beautiful tropical flower paintings help complete the feeling of Zen. Upstairs is a fully restored teak bungalow accessed by an external flight of stone steps. With a polished concrete floor, pitched roof and white washed timber walls, this delightful bedroom has the feel of a wooden chalet. It is attractively furnished with a king size bed, bedside lamps, table, chair, and a wardrobe. Sliding doors lead on to an ironwood deck complete with a hammock and table for two.

Raised high above the garden, the Fifth bedroom and deck affords stunning views all over the estate and the surrounding rice fields, and the breezy deck is a particularly delightful place to relax. The en-suite bathroom has a rain shower, a washbasin on a carved washstand, and a toilet. It features unpolished marble brick walls, and skylights in the roof, which let in plenty of natural light.

Villa Alir Living & Dining Area
The open sided living area is located on the ground floor of the main house. Cooled by natural breezes and pendulous ceiling fans, it lends itself to be an ideal entertainment environment, incorporating a modern open plan kitchen and boasting wonderful views of the terraced gardens. This large airy space is furnished with a solid dining table for up to 10 people, created from a single piece of wood and ideal for dinner parties.

There is also a comfortable sofa and two chairs, a coffee table, a funky lantern, and local artifacts and artwork. A staircase leads up to a splendid mezzanine with a recycled teakwood floor and a balcony walkway lined with four statuesque urns. A guest washroom, with toilet and washbasin, is located on ground level to one side of the living area.

The air-conditioned TV room is located at the top of the stairs, to one side of the mezzanine and accessed by a set of double doors. The room, complete with its soaring roof, is furnished with comfortable cushioned sofas and ottomans, a coffee table and a desk in one corner. It features built-in glass shelving and a floor created from recycled antique timber. This state-of-the-art home theatre supported by a flatscreen TV, DVD player, hi-tech surround sound and music system in addition to satellite TV channels.

At the far end of the mezzanine, overlooking the Zen bamboo garden is a semi open-air area with a teakwood Bar, together with heavy solid wood bar stools, corner seating and a Pool Table. To one side is a guest washroom with toilet and washbasin.

The massive living and dining area (400 m2) is built around a pond, planted with tropical plants and is semi-opened in order to benefit from the cool breeze. The construction features natural stones from Bali, black terrazzo and custom made teak wood furniture with large sofa in order to ensure plenty of relaxing areas. A modern and professional kitchen is settled in one corner and guests can either prepare their own meals or ask our staff to do the cooking. The villa does not have a cook but an experienced cook can also be called in order to prepare gourmet diner (with additional cost).

Villa Mona is equipped with a high bandwith internet connection and WiFi that allows web surfing, email handling, and streaming music listening.

The 29″ flat screen is connected to a satellite TV network. All the major international channels are available for children and adults. Some water-proof Bose speakers are installed to provide this famous and amazing sound system over the terrace and the living space. Low volume will provide a cozy atmosphere for a dinner, and higher volume will allow the organization of parties around the swimming pool.

The 2 master bedrooms (30 m2) are located in a separated buidling, both have a king size bed (200 cm x 200 cm) with ensuite bathroom, a safety box, an extra bed and a magnificent antique carved panel on the wall. The other bedroom has a bed (200 cm x 180 cm) with ensuite bathroom who also have an access to the living room. All bedrooms at Villa Zenal feature sliding glass doors that open onto a terrace and a nice swimming pool with Jacuzzi.

Villa Zenal has a private swimming pool (8m x 3 m) made with green stone, there is a Jacuzzi (250 cm x 180 cm). It’s a perfect place to pamper yourself and relax.

The open-plan living and dining room presents white walls and white cement polished floor. There is no AC but it is cooled by ceiling fans and natural breezes. The dining area, simply furnished with a morden table, is ideally located near the swimming pool. The living area has a comfortable sofa and is complimented with an LCD flat screen, multi channel TV, complete with DVD player , Ipod connexion and quality audio system with speakers.

Villa Zenal Staff
The villa is supervised by a Manager who meets and greets guests on arrival, leads the staffing team to meet the expectations of each guest. One Villa Attendant is responsible for housekeeping duties. She also can help guests to prepare breakfast. She works from 9am to 5pm every day excepted Sunday and during the main balinese ceremonies (Nyepi, Galungan and Kuningan). One Security Guard on-duty to ensure the safety and security of the guests during the night. One Gardener & One Pool Attendant work discreetly in maintaining the landscape and the pool without disturbing the guests.

Villa Zenal does not come with a cook. As mentioned above, the housemaid is responsible for cleaning but she can help the guests to prepare the breakfast. In case you need need anything for your food or drinks, you will need to provide the staff some money in advance for groceries purchase and they will keep the receipts to demonstrate exactly what has been spent.

This single-story villa reflects a fusion of art deco and Asian atmosphere and stands on a beautiful garden of 800 square meter of land. You will find a sun lounge by the L – shaped swimming pool, made in traditional stone which brings out the freshness and the blue-turquoise color of the water.

Villa Purple counts three rooms, one with garden view, and the other two are accessible by the terrace that leads to the swimming pool. The master bedroom has a semi open bathroom, with a very spacious bathtub and basins made in traditional stone. The bathroom in the second bedroom has a very original bathtub dug in the floor. Last but not least, the third bedroom with shower is detached from the main house. All of the rooms are air-conditioned and have a Plasma screen TV.

Location

Latitude is located on the Karang Kembar Estate on the southernmost tip of Bali in a region known as the Bukit Peninsula – a limestone tableland boasting some of Bali’s most glamorous villas, private estates and internationally-branded boutique hotels.

From the villa’s lofty lookout, if the sea is calm, guests can observe the coral reef and the seaweed farms beneath the surface. They may even spot turtles, dugongs, manta rays and migrating pilot whales, as well as the long tailed grey macaque monkeys that play in the neighbouring areas where the landscape is dotted with cactus, kapok trees and gorgeous scarlet flamboyants.

A tropical, equatorial climate means year-round balmy temperatures, this region is much drier than the rest of the island, yet cooler due to the offshore trade winds. The barrelling surf breaks here are among the best in the world, and guests at Latitude can enjoy the amenities of the Karang Kembar Beach Club.

A private helipad offers the option of quick transfers to and from the International Airport, 18 kilometres away. Master Suite
The multi-level master suite consists of an air-conditioned bedroom furnished with a king-size bed and equipped with a 32″ flat screen satellite-channel TV and DVD player.

In front of the bedroom is an elevated timber deck which offers a breathtaking view of the ocean. The ensuite bathroom presents an indoor area with an overhead monsoon shower and a handheld shower and twin marble washbasins on a black polished granite vanity unit. The outdoor bathing area features a timber deck and a sunken Jacuzzi tub.

There is also a private garden area with a hidden sunbathing deck.

Guest Room
Three fully air-conditioned guest rooms rest to one side of the main pavilion, at the far end of the pool. Each identical bedroom is furnished with a king bed (one of which converts to twins), and equipped with a TV and DVD player, and each features glass walls and doors that open to a stone pool deck and the stunning view of the ocean.

Each bathroom slides open to a circular open-air bathing area with a hot Jacuzzi tub and a broad, open chimney that extends to the upper lawn.

Guest House
A private one-bedroom guesthouse is positioned on the top level near the wedding lawn, and accessed via steps over an ornamental pond. The air-conditioned bedroom is furnished with a king bed that converts to twins.
